More information

You may request to have the remaining credit on your UniCard paid out to you at the service points in the cafeterias.
If your UniCard is no longer readable, you may request a statement of credit remaining on your card at the UniCard Office during office hours. By presenting this statement at one of the service points, you can have the remaining credit paid out to you or transferred to your new UniCard. It is not possible to have your credit transferred directly to your new card at the UniCard Office.

Please contact the employees of the Studierendenwerks (SWFR) at the service points in the cafeterias if your card has been blocked.

Validity

Newly issued UniCards are valid for a period of five years. If the card expires before you complete your studies, you must request a new UniCard at the Student Service Center.
